Privacy notice
This notice describes the current Adelline Store website at https://adellinestore.online. The store owner operates the site and handles requests sent through our contact form.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we store your email address, optional name, chosen topic, message, a request identifier and the submission date. We use this information to review and respond to your request, address concerns and prevent repeated submissions. Messages are available in the owner-only dashboard, not the public website. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Site activity counts
We record daily page-load totals with a broad source label: Pinterest or Direct / other. Product-detail views and interest-button clicks store a random request identifier, product identifier, day, event type and the same broad source label. Referrer and campaign information help choose the label; the full referring URL is not stored in these analytics tables. These counts can include repeat visits and do not identify verified unique people or purchases.
The application does not store visitor IP addresses in its traffic, interest or contact tables. Request headers, including user-agent information, are processed to exclude recognized bots. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request details and operational logs to deliver and protect the website; this is separate from our application analytics.
Browser storage and services
When you press an interest button, we use session storage to remember that action and reduce duplicate clicks for that product in the same browser session. This is not an advertising identifier. You can clear site storage in your browser. The current site does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or Google AdSense. Owner sign-in uses a signed, HTTP-only session cookie that expires after 12 hours. Login-attempt counts and a keyed hash of the request’s network address are kept for up to 24 hours and cleared on a later login attempt to limit password guessing. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts that service.
Who can access information
The site owner can access contact messages and activity reports. The hosting and storage providers used by this site—Vercel (hosting and private image storage) and Turso/libSQL (database)—process information to operate the service. Provider processing may take place outside your country. We do not publish your contact messages or use them to build advertising audiences.
Retention and your requests
Contact messages older than 90 days are removed from the active application database when the inbox or contact service is next used. The owner may delete them sooner. Activity counts and product-interest events are currently retained to compare collection tests. Contact us if you want to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Use the same email address and give enough context to locate your message. We may need to verify the request; activity events are not linked to contact emails, so we may not be able to identify an individual’s events. Provider backup and operational-log retention is separate.
Advertising, affiliate links and checkout
Google AdSense and Amazon affiliate tracking have not been installed on this site. No checkout is active and we do not collect payment-card information. If advertising, affiliate links or checkout are introduced, we will update the relevant notices and controls before enabling them. External websites have their own privacy practices.
